CSA began its three day campaigning for new volunteers starting from June 25th ’07 . Posters and pamphlets were put up in and around the campus, in addition to the ‘class to class’ campaigning method which the campaigning team adopted. This type of campaigning helped clearing doubts of the students about the organisation and its functioning.
Next on the cards was the official inauguration of this year’s CSA activities, which was held on July 7th in the Mini Auditorium. Fr. Sebastian, faculty and Ex-Principal, Christ College inaugurated the year’s activities. Fr. Jose, Principal, Christ Junior College, was also present and spoke to the gathering. The inauguration and the presentation on CSA activities which followed proved to be beneficial for the new volunteers as they were introduced to the various branches of CSA and its programmes in detail.
This year’s troop leaders for the Degree college are, Vandana R. of II JPEng and Siddhartha B. Jose of III B.Com. We wish them a successful term.
